Marihana: A light golden beer brewed using a variety of American hops. It has a strong aroma of citrus, with tropical fruit flavours. The first sip delivers a juicy, fresh aroma with slight bitterness, resulting in a full flavoured sessionable IPA at 4.5% alc/vol.
Ruri: Flawless golden colour which contrasts beautifully with a soft, white head for an easy drinking brew that pairs well with almost any dish. Its delicate balance of rich flavours and hoppy bitterness is light on the palate and persistently enjoyable, providing a deliciously satisfying quaff for discerning palates.
Shiro: A gentle Hefeweizen instantly recognizable by its bright colour, tinged with soft, milky white glow. Yeasts selected specifically for their ability to bring out sweet aromas from the wheat, are complemented by fruity notes for a rich yet refreshing brew that is smooth on the tongue and goes down with flourish.
Kyara: Aromatic hops carry notes of white grapes and spicy citrus, while a fresh, while a fresh clean bitterness unfolds on the palate. COEDO Kyara has six different malts that are combined with a slightly above average alcohol content (5.5%) bringing a deeper flavour to this well rounded, medium-bodied India Pale Lager.
Shikkoku: An enchantingly dark, slow-aged brew marked by an elegant and mellow flavour profile. Dark shadows contrast sharply with the brightness of its fine, tea-coloured head. Aromatic hops surround the nose. COEDO Shikkoku is created with two variations of black malt which are combined with six other malt varieties, making for a black lager that is smooth, light and balanced – never cloying.
Beniaka: An unfiltered Imperial Sweet Potato Amber Ale. Fermented for an extended period, the Beniaka boasts an aromatic sweetness in its amber tones. Its unique profile is owed to a combination of high quality malts, roasted kintoki sweet potatoes and excellent beer craftmanship.
JPA (Coming Soon!): Japanese Pale Ale brewed with rice and Yuzu from Japan has a delicate, citrusy aroma of Yuzu paired with the fragrant aroma of hops. With the contrast of its golden hues and white head, the use of Japanese rice delivers a crisp dry finish to this beer. Please enjoy the beautiful balance of flavour in this exotic brew.
