CODEO Shiro Hefeweizen

A smooth non-filtered wheat beer with a cloudy but bright golden hue. Coedo Shiro is a Japanese style Hefeweizen with a sweet, fruity aroma with banana and cloves that comes from the use of wheat malts and a specially selected top fermentation yeast. Coedo chose the Japanese word for white ‘shiro‘ as a way to capture not only its bright colour, but also its distinctively gentle character.

Made from malt and hops.

Note: The yeasts in this beer made it naturally cloudy. Deposits are normal.
