Black Label “Edition N ° 5” 

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N ° 5 is an assembly of one, two and three year old lambic matured in oak barrels. The bottling then took place on November 14, 2019. The N ° 5  has already had at least 2 years to mature in the right conditions in the bottle in our brewery before the first bottles were released. We have composed the lambic assembly in such a way to obtain an Oude Geuze with the dryest possible aftertaste, while at the same time the full-bodied taste is very large. Also typical of this Edition N ° 5 are the soft-sour notes of citrus and green apples as well as the strong sparkle.
